What we collect, and why
Enquiry form
When you submit the enquiry form on this site, we collect what you enter: your name, phone number, email address, facility type and name, approximate room or bed count, and any notes you add. We use this only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation, and — if you go ahead — schedule and deliver the service. We do not sell or rent this information to third parties.
Form submissions are sent to us by email. We keep enquiry and customer data for as long as we need it to respond to you or, if you become a customer, for as long as required to provide the service and meet our own accounting and legal obligations, and no longer.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics and Jetpack Stats to understand how visitors use this site — for example, which pages are viewed and roughly how visitors found us. These tools use cookies and collect information such as your approximate location, device and browser type, and pages visited. This data is aggregated and is not used by us to identify you personally. Google’s privacy policy is at policies.google.com/privacy.
Spam protection
We use Akismet to help detect spam submissions. Akismet checks the IP address and browser information associated with a submission. Akismet’s privacy policy is at automattic.com/privacy.
Comments
If comments are ever left on this site, we collect the data shown in the comment form together with the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string, to help detect spam. An anonymised hash of your email address may be checked against the Gravatar service to display a profile picture; Gravatar’s privacy policy is at automattic.com/privacy.
Cookies
This site uses a small number of cookies:
- Cookie consent: remembers that you have seen our cookie notice.
- Analytics: set by Google Analytics and Jetpack Stats to distinguish visitors and measure site usage, as described above.

Who we share data with
We share data only where necessary to run this website and our business: our web hosting provider, our email provider, and the analytics and spam-protection services named above. We do not share your data with any other third party, and we do not sell it.
